Shrekie and Donkey are about to embark on a big adventure. This has been Shrekie's dream to spend a month in a cottage in the middle of the Cotswolds in the UK. She found this cottage first and sent the picture and information to me and I was hooked. My bucket list of must do's included being in Amsterdam when the tulips and hyacinths were in bloom. Both of us will get what we want in this trip. After leaving the UK, we will fly to Amsterdam for 5 nights before returning home. Shrekie has always wanted to drive in the UK so we have rented a car. She is currently studying the driving manual and since I am to be the navigator, I am trying to study the road signs...this should be interesting. We are watching episodes of Downton Abbey to get the language and gestures down. We are both very excited so stay tuned to see how we do!
